Payment and Services, Terms and Conditions of Sri Brothers Enterprises

1 . If the goods are broken on transport, no money will be refunded. For this you will have to contact the transport company or if you have  taken insurance then you will have to contact the insurance company so that you can get the amount of damage to your goods.

1 . यदि परिवहन पर माल टूट जाता है, तो कोई पैसा वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।इसके लिए आपको परिवहन कंपनी से संपर्क करना होगा या यदि आपने बीमा लिया है तो आपको बीमा कंपनी से संपर्क करना होगा ताकि आप अपने माल के नुकसान की राशि प्राप्त कर सकें।

2. 2. भुगतान की तारीख से 45 दिनों के भीतर भुगतान की वापसी के लिए या तो मेल या इंडियामार्ट पर शिकायत करें या यदि आप 45 दिनों के बाद शिकायत करते हैं तो आपको किसी भी तरह से सहायता नहीं की जाएगी और कोई भुगतान वापस नहीं किया जाएगा जब आप हमें अग्रिम भुगतान करते हैं, तो हम आपको बदले में एक अग्रिम रसीद देते हैं यदि आप अपना पैसा वापस लेना चाहते हैं या माल का ऑर्डर प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं, तो आपको हमें वह रसीद दिखानी होगी और या यदि आप नहीं करते हैं तो हम नहीं होंगे किसी भी अधिक मदद करने में सक्षम और रसीद पर हर बिल पर हमारी कंपनी के अधिकृत हस्ताक्षर होने चाहिए यदि यह हस्ताक्षर नहीं है तो हम आपकी कोई मदद नहीं कर सकते ।

और अंतरराष्ट्रीय खरीदार भुगतान में भुगतान की वापसी के लिए, शिकायत का समय भुगतान करने की तारीख से 3 महीने के बीच करना होगा या यदि यह 3 महीने से अधिक है, तो हम कुछ भी नहीं कर पाएंगे।

4 . हमारी सभी मशीनों की वारंटी 1 वर्ष है यदि मशीन 1 वर्ष के भीतर खराब हो जाती है तो हमारा आदमी आएगा और आपकी सेवा करेगा यदि आपका क्षेत्र 200 किमी से कम है तो हम आपसे कोई किराया नहीं लेंगे और 200 किमी से अधिक तो हमारा आदमी आएगा आप जाने के लिए किराया देना होगा और अगर कोई पुर्जा खराब है तो कीमत चुकानी पड़ेगी।

5. 7. 9. 9. सारी मशीनों का इंस्टालेशन चार्ज आपको खुद से देना होगा या फिर जो सामान आएगा उसका खर्चा भी आप खुद भरेंगे या फिर आप खुद माल लाएंगे और हमारे आदमी के आने का किराया आपको देना होगा। और किसी भी मशीन की स्थापना के लिए। के लिए 10 से 15 दिन का समय अलग से दिया जाएगा।

10. 11. 13. The recognition of all the things that will be in the quotation in writing will only give recognition to  it or if it is not in the quotation and you complain about it, then it will not be received honorable for us.

13. कोई भी वस्तु खरीदते समय हम जो कोटेशन दे रहे हैं उसे ध्यान से पढ़ लें, उसे हटाकर यदि आप किसी ऐसी चीज की शिकायत करते हैं जो हमारे कोटेशन में नहीं होगी तो हम उस चीज को नहीं पहचानेंगे, हम अपने कोटेशन  में दी गई विशिष्ट गुणवत्ता को स्वीकार करेंगे। लिखित में कोटेशन में जो कुछ भी होगा उसकी मान्यता ही उसे मान्यता देगी या यदि वह कोटेशन में नहीं है और आप इसकी शिकायत करते हैं, तो यह हमारे लिए सम्मानजनक नहीं होगा।

14. 14. ऑर्डर के तैयार हो जाने के बाद अगर आप आर्डर नहीं उठाते हैं जिसमें कि हम आपका 30 से 40 दिन तक का इंतजार करेंगे और उससे अधिक टाइम हो जाने पर अगर आप अपना आर्डर नहीं लेते हैं तो हम आपका ऑर्डर कैंसिल।

 कर देंगे जिसके बदले में हम आपसे पचास परसेंट रकम काटकर आपको 50% की रकम वापस करेंगे अगर आपका ऑर्डर तैयार हो जाने के बाद आप अपने माल को नहीं उठाते और 30 से 40 दिन हो जाते हैं तो उससे ऊपर।

जाने पर आपको अपना आर्डर लेने के लिए 10% एक्स्ट्रा अमाउंट हमें देना होगा क्योंकि हम किसी भी आइटम को ज्यादा लंबे टाइम अपने यहां पर होल्ड नहीं कर सकते।
